Would a Z4 really be a collectors car tho?Taz x said:as a future collectors car, whats peoples opinions on debaging, will the value be less if the car is not totally 100% original
They come off easy and they can be replaced easily. I have a box of original parts/pieces that I've removed. Should I decide to sell, they can be replaced or go with the car in the box.Taz x said:as a future collectors car, whats peoples opinions on debaging, will the value be less if the car is not totally 100% original

It's not exactly rare is it?
Doubt not having the car 100% original would make a diff...and besides..its only a badge..
(I know that might sound horrific to collector ppl but...i mean come on...realllyyyy??)

Be careful, this could be just the start.....Taz x said:ok, the boot z4 is coming off
The pics that Breaker posted are great before and after looks. You have the advantage of knowing exactly what yours will look like before removing the badge......Taz x said:bought the dental floss, just can't take the plunge hehe
Taz x said:took the plunge
armed with dental floss and baby wipes, job took less than 10 mins
its a 3 stage job as follows:
1/ using dental floss, saw off 4
2/ using dental floss, saw off Z
3/ using baby wipes, remove remaing badge sticky tape
easy peasy hehe
