Damn Gear knob!

Hi all,

I've ordered and received a brand new ZHP gear knob for my Z4 Coupe.

Problem is, as many owners have found, I can't get the original off!

I've pulled at it like crazy, but it won't come off!

I don't actually know what to do?! :headbang:

I'm feeling like those guys in the movie Thor, who couldn't pick up that damn Hammer!
 
Just keep pulling. Watch out though.... I gave myself a fat lip and bruised jaw when it came off. Nearly knocked a tooth out too :headbang:

It doesn't feel like it makes any difference whatsoever!

Should I also twist or not?

Probably the CDV delete, I've got it quoted from a garage including labour and partrs for £65.

Also, the factory iPod system is lame, I definitely need a better system.

Not sure this should be recommended could lead to worse injury than split lip or bruised jaw when it eventually pops off :cry:

Don't know of any Coupe's that have the roof lowering ability :poke: :poke: :P
