Cruise Control - Who wants? Trying to get bulk buy discount

I might be interested depending on what's involved. I'll need everything to fit it to a 2006 Z4M
 
Ok so we have a response from Sopers, and and we're looking at £61.20 per stalk and £16.90 for looms. Not the best discount, but given it's BMW, any discount and we should be thankful :lol:

I'll send a PM out to check who's in, a few on the list might drop off if the price isnt good enough...

Depends on the Postage really, that price is not overly great.

BMWMINISTYLE will do stalk and loom for £78.99 + £2 P&P.
 
sorry guys but did you think you are going to get them for £50? Jamie does his best to get a good price, but even he has to live by some rules and regulations! you need to be a bit more realistic.

the prices he quotes, is usually including VAT and delivery.

Jamie has tried his best, he can only move the price as much as BMW allow.

Happy to remove names from list if the price doesnt suit....
 
I think I'll give it a miss for that price. If I can get it directly from the shop BMWMINISTYLE for £81 delivered there seems little point in messing around with a group buy for £3 less.

anyway Jamie has left soper for Spain :? I ordered aero skirts from them a few weeks back when Paul said they were off out for his going away party!

If its posted to my address at that price I could be happy.... Maybe we could all have an install meet :lol:

Firstly, thanks so much for taking the initiative on this - great idea!

Honestly though, given the number of people interested in this, I would have thought they would have come back with a better price. Having said that, I don't know what the margins are and whether they actually can go any lower on price.

If everyone can wait a little longer, I have made a few enquiries at various places and am awaiting replies - we may be able to get a better deal...

Ill send out another message as soon as I get some feedback.

Has anyone spoke to bmwministyle regarding a group discount? If they're almost as cheap as a group buy from bmw normally, the may well be able to do better with 15+ orders.

Hi, Yes, they (bmwministyle) are one of the places I am waiting to hear back from - they have replied and it sounds promising, just waiting for exact figures from them tomorrow. Will let everyone know as soon as I get some figures. Ultimately, I'm hoping we can setup a relationship with one supplier who we can all use for this and any future items and hopefully they can always give us a favourable rate based on the volume and frequency with which we buy from them.......And we can have a "one-stop" shop to go to! :wink:
