crackle/pop

Where do you get these diablo exhausts and how much are they, the eisman ones are far too expensive.

I got mine 2nd/3rd hand from a seller on here for £650.

But they're available direct from Rogue in the US, or from CA Automotive in the UK -for about twice the price though.

Has any one just removed the back boxes and put straight through tail pipes ? Iwas going to do the bypass mod when this was suggested not sure about the look with out the twin boxes also may be a little to loud ,iam looking for a fair bit more noise as my last car was a 996 with sports exhaust ,but don't wont to spend a fortune or keep changing boxes every mot

The RPI exhausts are pretty much straight pipes... Have them. Not for everyone but if it's noise and pops and crackles you're after they will provide that in spades! Along with copious amounts of drone!

edit: I'm sure a good exhaust shop would be able to fabricate something similar for you for less probably too.

Will have a discussion with Steve gugleilmi next week on subject of messing with exhaust but he will more than likely say if you wanted a tvr why didn't you buy one .

I think this is my problem because I've owned a TVR I have high expectations when It comes to noise, it's not the zeds fault it's quiet!

They seem to be available for £750 on eBay, plus shipping. I've been tempted but not enough yet

i just want a v8 fezza sound from mine...which i know isnt going to happen but i can dream
the weissman roadster has same engine but sounds totally different to ours...
i wonder how different a sound you could get from a custom exhaust..

they're on promo too:
That's fine for the markets that have the restricted/catalyst manifolds, but do they offer any improvement over non-restricted/catalyst UK/EU ones?

Correct. I just don't think you get get more BHP over OEM byb just intaling a new intake and exhaust system. Its got to be a& full breathing (and farting) system with ALpha N cams etc.

More noise is always good though!
