That's so cool, excellent security measure... would have loved to have one of those when I had my motorbike!

I've found some green moss collecting around the base of the rear window when I haven't driven the car for a bit. Not actual solid moss, just a sort of film. Why couldn't they have put in a couple of holes and some drain hoses to dump the water onto the top of the bumper or something?

I think you're better just wiping it off - BMW aren't very good at drain holes :headbang:

would it help if the car is parked so the sun is on the rear glass?
I'd say to. That's what I'll be doing, parking the car facing east to catch the sunrise in the morning

And some coupe owners have laughed at the roadster owners that go on about their roof motor...

LMFAO :)

Another minor design flaw:
If you are driving with the windows open (on a coupe: must be worse on a roadster??), and operate the window washer, ... the spray and washing liquid comes into the passenger compartment, and dribbles down the inside of the driver door (on a RHS-drive car).

Well now winter is here the water in the design fault isn't a problem. Just remove as one big ice cube!

or could always use it for small birds with ice skates
