Could be my first Z4

P.S if you want a bit more meat and burble from the exhaust give DuckLakeView a shout for one of the DLV modded back boxes, they are fantastic!

Belated welcome to the forum!
Congratulations on your Z4 it looks brilliant, a classic Black on White combo always looks excellent! You done the right thing getting the 3.0 as well, its the full fat with nae chocolate (chocolate is the Z4M lol).

Look forward to meeting you at some of the upcoming meets! :driving:

Cheers, i'll be coming to a few of the meets this year

The car is actually Phoenix Yellow but has a white wrap which is going to be removed tomorrow. I love the look of the white but keen to get it back to factory colour.

Just noticed that!
Yellow is "a bit out there" but its still a great colour and its more unique, will you keep the wheels black?

Always nice to have more pics :) we only collected it last Sat. It was owned by a guy who lives in Fort William

Certainly looked well cared for and the choice of parking space speaks for itself!
Congratulations on the purchase!

I'll see what it looks like with the wrap off, i have a few pics pre wrap and think it'll look good with the same wheel colour. One thing I've noticed is the dirt really clings to the wrap and because it's white it never stays clean.

Is the exhaust mods the same as the back box delete? Loving the noise of the 3.0 so far, the previous owner took both the sound filters out so it makes some racket when flooring it!!

Yeah white is a nightmare to keep clean to be fair lol. Not sure if the wrap makes it harder or if it doesnt make a difference.

DuckLakeView cuts open then connects flexi pipes inside the rear box, the effect is simply eargasmic...

That sounds pretty sweet, is this the same as the delete or is there a difference. I've heard the back box delete can be a little too loud but yours sounds about right

Still on for now

I was all set last weekend to take it off but after cleaning it and the sun coming out we just went for a drive instead.

Ooops! Just spotted this
There is a slight difference as the box is still there and (I think) some of the gas is still allowed into the box. This mod doesnt drone when cruising at 70 which I've heard is an issue with the delete. Hopefully you make it to one of the upcoming meets and you can hear it first hand :driving:

And all the old wrap :)

Cant believe the difference, looks 10 times better in the flesh. Next job is a clean and clay bar to bring the paint back to life

 I'm glad you sorted it. Seriously this has made me want a Phoenix yellow. It's stunning. Hope to see it in the flesh someday.
Oh btw I think the wheels look good, and I'm not a black wheel fan as a whole.
Again well done on all the effort.
