Convertible Pump/motor allen/hex bolt

I been spraying rust penetrator for over a week now. Different types also, the bolt that goes to the pump from the motor has corrode away and stuck. Since the motor has no thread on it, I should be able to cut the top of the bolt off and remove the old motor and extract the remaining thread on the pump side. So issue is to find a replacement bolt since bmw only sells the entire unit. Anyone might know the bolt or substitute bolt I can use ?

Once you get it out measure the diameter of the threaded part and the length excluding the head, say it's 6mm by 50mm then you need to get an M6x50 caphead, if it's 8mm across and 60mm long then M8x60 etc

As for removing the old one, before cutting the head off see if you can tap in a tight fitting torx bit to get it out, that often works with rounded hexs
 
Tomorrow's the day... mustang pump here.. ebay motor, convertible repair kit.. old pump.. can't wait :)

This was the bolt in question.. I'm going to pick up a few for the other rusted motor for repair
