Found a set of these in 255/35/19 & 235/35/19 for £585 with mobile fitting, I know a few are running these, does that seem like a decent price?

Can’t find better locally :?

Yup that’s a great price…and I’ll offer your money back if you are not gob smacked at the feel and ride

Looks a good price, you occasionally get big deals with some of the tyre suppliers. I was lucky to get a set of MPS4 for £440 fitted last year!

That’s very good if that’s 19’s

Bought a set of 245/35R20 & 275/30R20 SC7s for my daily, replacing Dunlop SPM runflats which were heavy, but quite nice as well. For the Contis at this size, 1200€ is eyewatering, but Contis tend to age well and last long. The daily is still on winter tyres but looking forward to try them in a week or so.

Looks a really good price, although I see you’ve gone for a 35 profile front and rear… my 7s get fitted next Wednesday and look forward to Peter’s ‘gob smacked’ results and the potential of his generous warranty terms for my £750 outlay (that’s with £10% disc from KwikFit, although they’re getting fitted by Tyre Pros and comes with free alignment). Having OEM 225/35 & 255/30

Very impressed indeed

So no refund required ? :tumbleweed:  :driving:

Thankfully… no, although it would have been interesting to see what your guarantee department claim processing is like

Yes I’ve used the 255/35/19 rear option a couple of times now. Improved ride quality, better protection for the rim, no issues with DSC and tends to be a cost effective tire size

The 641M’s are 8.5J fronts and 9J rears, so 235/35 and 255/35 work nicely.

I’m on Bilstein B12’s with the SC7’s and the ride is almost cosseting compared to the previous adaptive set up on 18’’ run flats :)

'almost cosseting' - I think I would go further.

It's just moved from 'unnaceptable bag of nails that exposes everything bad about less than perfect road surfaces' - with decent tyres I would describe is as 'ok'.

It's nothing like the comfort level you would see from a base level BMW 3 series, but considering what we are comparing it to, it's much better.

I also have Continental Sportcontact 7 and 641m in my z4. I went with 235/35/19 and 265/30/19 which seemed to be the best choice based on data from willtheyfit. I recommend this combo, these rims look amazing on e89.

Probably unmatchable…. I would imagine :winner:

I agree kozak, those wheels do look good on your car. Be careful if that stone in the rear tread tho, could fly out and cause a nasty injury
