Completed: English-Welsh Meet at Cotswold BMW (Cheltenham)

Well done everyone - I think we've reached 50 cars now. This is going to be quite some event.

I'll spend the next few weeks liaising with Cotswold BMW on the arrangements for the morning and also checking the out the latest updates or problems with the planned route.
As in previous years, I will split the cars into smaller groups, each with a group leader and dispatched at 5min intervals from the showroom so its easier to stay together. I'll also be handing out sheets on the day with the final route and regular navigations points, so that anyone who gets lost can quickly get back on route.

Now we just need the weather to be on our side...

Ive manages to get rid of my 2am finish and am now on call so ill know on the Saturday if i can attend. So im a definite maybe...
 
Things always crop up on these meets, last one I couldn't attend due to family issues and now I've been invited on a bike trip for 5 days to the Col de la Machine in South of France which of course clash's with this trip, …. Urmmmm tricky one, elected to take my Ducati to France so unfortunately I wont be attending, gutted but then on the other hand I'll be in the South of France so every cloud etc
 
Can I be put on the maybe list please?

- unfortunately my car is in for some body modification and repairs! I'm hoping to get it back by next weekend!

E85 roadster sport 2.0. I live in Cheltenham and Cotswold is my local dealer for my cars and bikes.

Does anyone need a hotel room the night before, I completely forgot I have a trade show I have to attend so my room won’t be used. I paid £65 and it includes breakfast. Ideally I’d like £50 so it’s not a complete waste of my money. Let me know and you can do a paypal transfer, then I will send you a copy of the confirmation email with booking reference. Hope you all have a great day and hopefully catch some of you at other meets.
