Sent an e mail service request last week which generated a next day call from the dealership to book my E89's first service. They offered a loan car without being asked and not having bought the car from them.It went in today,as i don't tend to get up too early,i dropped it off at 10am and asked for it to be done by 3pm.Everything was done in time and the car was cleaned inside and out. Can't comment on price as i have service pack but they didn't want any money so i was very pleased. :D

Yup they are my local Dealer and both cars are looked after by them
probably the best Dealer I have dealt with and some have been pretty good
Glad you found them good and I am not just lucky

When i first bought the car i lived in Chichester and was equi-distant between Chandlers and Snows in Portsmouth.I had Chandlers fit the wind deflector just after i first got it but then moved to Hayling Island and soon after thought i had an issue with one of the remotes. As Snows was closer i thought i would give them a try and received the most abysmal customer service i have ever had and vowed never to return.I spent 20 years working in Franchised main dealers and am the most understanding customer you could ever have but if i was DP at Snows heads would roll.Chandlers has parking issues but everyone i've ever dealt with in parts and service have been a credit to the company.

Again I do (Chichester ) and had the same choice having moved back from Devon ,where my Dealer was also excellent
I did some research and couldn't find any positives about Snows ....all chrome and we really sell to Leasing Companies attitude
Chandlers were just like The Devon Dealer, family type business feeling and I haven't been proved wrong and are good to deal with when you are actually using your own money
Their tyre specialist even matched cheapest price on a set of Michelin PS2 RFT and fitted in Dealer environment

All round good guys
