Did mine 4 weeks ago. No matter how careful you are air WILL be introduced into the system when removing the CDV so you will need to bleed the system, which is a simple straightforward process. While it is definitely better in operation there wasn't the dramatic improvement that some have suggested. Perhaps those that reported major improvements had air in the system prior to the removal of the CDV and after the system was bled correctly at the end it improved the way it operates (IMHO).
