Your dealer could do it but if your car still have warranty on
it not a good ideal as may void your warranty :!:

You'd be amazed how easy it was for BMWNA to find an owner's info with little information about the owner disclosed on the forum. I've heard of the same thing on other BMW forums as well.
So doing the dummy CDV mod and then publically admitting you have done it sort of defeats the purpose.
