Castle Combe - Performance Car Action Day 24-04-2010

So I have to ask.... Did anyone notice this while my car was parked at the track?!?!?!?
I know we noticed feathers on the side by the wheel, but I don't think any of us saw it.

I have the insurance coming to take a look at the bumper tomorrow. Hopefully I can sweet talk them into letting me put an M bumper on the car. I'm looking now to see if the bottom half of the bumper is replaceable or all one piece. On the plus side hopefully I can at least get rid of scratches and stuff on the bottom.

LOL!

i know i pointed out the wheel arch feathers when you arrived but never noticed the whole bird in the front!

how long was it before you found it? :poke:

It was monday, I stopped at the gas station before work and on the way out saw it wedged in there. I'm mad at myself that I forgot to look Friday when I hit it. I was in a hurry and too focused on getting ready for track events.

i wouldnt get mad, its minor damage and its actually quite funny when you think about it.

personally, i would avoid the insurance as the premiums will go up massivly for making a claim.

the mess will pop out i expect and be cheap to replace.

Ry

Yeah that was one thing I didn't realize, was how easy/cheap it would be to replace. Unfortunately it's after I called them. So I'll see what the guy says then probably tell them no thanks c ya later. USAA screws me anyways, so why should now be different.

i'd guarentee your insurance is consideribly cheaper than mine, we really get screwed over in the UK and being 22 doesnt help.

i've just had my renewal with 5 years NCB - £1292.

Ha Ha :D Never saw that there, wonder if passers by on the day noticed it!

I have a spare front bumper you can have if it comes to it.

That is ridiculous, you were talking about roadkill but I didn't realise you were carrying them around in the bonnet! Dinner is served...
