Seems to be the best place

I am going to give it a try myself. The main issue I have is that the glue used to affix this is very prone to coming apart. In the past I have used 3M spray adhesive both the regular and 90something which is their strongest but on a hot summer day or after a while the fabric would first bubble then it would give. I used vinyl which I am not sure if it would make a difference but eventually as I said the glue would fail. Anyone else have a similar problem?

Yes that part can easily be replaced.

Perhaps I should wrap my old brushed Aluminium Trim with some of this a flog it on. I was lucky and found some Carbon Leather Geniune Dash and centre trim on ebay for £180.

Quick serah on ebay 250mm x 1000mm £12.50 delivered.

The length is fine as the dash section is the longest around 900mm, but the centre console is around 280mm wide. I might ask if they do a bigger size.

Is this the carbon fibre material or is that normal carbon fibre?

Looking to do my interior :D

I ordered some of this fabric and was pretty dissapointed with the quality of it. It's a very plasticy material and seems like it will be very prone to tearing, cracking, drying out, etc etc etc. I've decided the only way i'll do my interior is if I can get my hands on a second set of trim, I don't want to risk ruining a 1000 dollar trim kit with this material as it doesn't seem very reliable at all.

People who purchased the material from Euro Dyne, what ever happened to this? Were you happy with the results? Any updates/shots of how you did it/how it came out?

Dead dead.... I noticed the last post was way back in 2009 but I'd like to do this to my Z and with people saying the quality of the material was not too good, I'd like some feedback before I spend money to buy junk.
