non z4 related, but im looking at buying a cross trainer for the lardies in the family (that would be me then) to train on
i was thinking that a second hand, been used domestically for 3 years is the way to go over new or reconditioned and sticking to the bigger brands
so - questions - is that the best approach? should i buy new and spend more (im hoping a £1k spend will buy me a reliable, last for a number of years, non wobbly device and i was thinking that something that was £3k ish a few years ago, had light usage and is now £1k )?
are there brands to avoid - and ones that are "safe" ?
are there must have features that will impact resale when the inevitable happens ?
what are questions to ask - things to test for when looking ?
any advice welcomed
