BTW, after mine was done once, by the local BMW dealer, I started getting some rattles from the glove box area. Later found that the bottom hinges on the glove box had 'broken' ... and had to replace the glove box to stop the noise (luckily, I had a spare glove box  ). I suppose I should have raised the matter with them, but very difficult to point the finger after the fact.

Can i ask what brand you opted for mate?mrlozzer said:Local motor factors... although I've jet bought a spare one from eBay and it's the same brand...andysat said:Was your a stealer or fleabay job mate?mrlozzer said:Just bought a replacement for mine.
