So I open my suitcase at home and my suit is covered in white liquid around the crutch and pockets. My hotel was in the red light district ans so was jokingly accused of a good time. Try explaining that a deodorant had failed in my case and drained onto my suit while loaded presumably upside down on the plane....

Oh - and I visited the Merc dealer on the way home to placate you lot. He confessed there was nothing in the Merc range to meet my needs. Suggested an E63 was being launched in September that would be good, but for now nothing much...

lovely car but i have always prefered the vantage v8 as i think the db9 looks a bit stretched. however, a lovely looking car and would be awesome for a nice cruise to monaco for a weekend, you would fit in nicely ! and i agree, for that sort of cash a mercedes wouldnt come close for the feel good factor despite whats under the hood, the AMG's just look too similar to the lesser models.
Agree, about the m5 - i love them but the mrs doesnt (kind of understandable, bit of a blokes car)
911 - a bit of the obvious choice, again i love them but a mate of mine is thinking of selling it for being too boring after only 18 months from buying new
jaguar - wouldnt bother, just trying too hard to be an aston, which it isnt. naff image as well. coloured pants and golf clubs spring to mind.
Isnt there anything in the Maserati range that fits the budget? although reliability could be an issue?

Quick update - bought one today 
Now I have a long 10 day wait until it's had some minor prep done and I can get to collect it, then all mine.
Amazed what a bun fight it is for these cars to get the right one, in right colour combo and acccessories from a main agent. Bagged myself a nice one owner from new minter

Of course thr Zed stays - sold the X5 and losing her next Friday.
In the dealers 2 young lads turned up to look at them. One in a Ferrarri other an R8. Makes oyu wonder where the dosh comes from
