Possibly disproportionate response, but being bullied at school quite badly myself I think it's fair enough...
 
wouldn't say that was disproportionate, kid was picking for a fight, just misjudged the opponent :D

and yes I was bullied too and can remember a similar incident...
 
A successful bully always has his possy to back him up...
I suspect it will be a while before anyone fu**s with that kid again.... :)
 
Very cool... can't blame him at all, he didn't even fight back the first time when he was smacked in the face... kid got what he deserved. Props to him for not following up too, and just walking away... or maybe he just heard the lunch bell, LOL!
 
I found this soooo funny.

The little punk picks on a bigger kid (infront of girls to make him look cool), smacks him in the face, then dances around like a prat... the bullied kids gets fed up powerdrives the bully, and then his pathetic mate stares the bullied kid out.. till he walks away; until eventually the bully stumbles to his feet... the loser got what he deserves.
 
If I was the school wrestling coach I'd be signing that kid up, with training he could take them all at the same time. :thumbsup:

The big bloke was suspended from school ? Why ????

The first hit to his face was at quite some force, so that would have been painful though, think it is a fair response.

One of the problems is how schools deal with bullies. They punish the child that fights back as well as the bully and that is a big mistake in my opinion and the opinion of many others as well. The school admin will tell you that they don't know who started the fight and that is simply BS. Teachers know who the bullies are. I grew up as an Army brat and went to both civilian schools and school run by the Department of Defense (DOD). Bullies were always a problem in civilian schools where the policy was always to punish both. DOD schools bullies were all but non-existent for a number of reasons including bullies were punished severely. A child fighting back against a bully was never punished.
 
I agree, it is too simplistic an approach to punish both in equal measures (or in this case, the victim is expelled but the bully has not been ...).

It is almost as if teachers / schools do not dare to make a decision and sit on the fence, so lets take the easy option and punish both. Just weak in my opinion.
