Build Thread: ///M Coupe Z3 Breadvan

David,

Congratulations on taking a real step backwards and getting the MC (no Z required) :D :driving: If you keep it and enjoy working on it you'll end up wanting to do some modding (but keeping all the OEM bits in your garage).

Thank you John. You know be well already by the sounds of it! Already got my project plan building after sorting all the remedial stuff over next few weeks and months.

Congratulations! Can I have it when you come to buy your next toy?!

Congratulations - and well done all those who kept it

I lurk quite frequently on the 'other' forum as I'm still weighing up supercharging my Z4MC vs spending the money on a Z3MC. I saw your thread Inkey so I knew this was on the cards!

The error in my consistant forum name use! Thanks mate. Supercharging vs MC is a tough one.

These have split opinion over the years.

Handling - "Dangerous"
Looks - "Challenging"
Interior - "Tart's handbag"
Running costs - "ambitious"
Age - "worrying"

All the above comments from people who probably put more in to their ISAs than their cars every year. :sleepy:

ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!
Worth buying for the back wheels alone.

Mine's une baguette de tradition please, inkey.

Ballsy choice - love the big balls and the interior.

Ink's, that's a mint condition baby you managed to find.

They never truly took my fancy at the time, though looking again that's a bad arse rear & now your whole family can enjoy petrol nirvana together.

Can't wait for my bread van next Saturday

Great choice congrats. I still miss my old estoril blue MC. The only reason I sold it was because I moved to Seattle. I'd love to get another one someday. I always got great compliments on that car. One day an older lady (maybe in her 80s) in London said to me,"you make sure you look after that beautiful little car son". The best! :driving:

Exdos has it the way it should be, one of each version of the MC. Lucky bugger?

Jembo, you know there's no back seats right ? Still only room for two

Really falling for this car :)

Some serious fun had today on the back roads to Suffolk!

I've not been about for a while, or not been about enough to spend a decent amount of time looking through and commenting on posts.

Cracking replacement choice inks, I literally love it. Perfect colour for it for me, and it sounds to be a cracker. Maybe I'll get to see this one, work should quieten down in two weeks time exactly, thank god!
