Bored. So front strut braces 'blinged'

Looks good, but you really must remove any wrap under the brace and under the nut/washer.

It will act as a lubricant and allow movement which you can't correct simply by tightening the nuts. Also beware that to overtighten risks shearing the studs, that a few have done.
 
Yes I agree. I was going to mark the cut around the washer with a scalpel then remove the top vinyl (its removed underneath already).
It all started out as a bit of fun........ just need to complete the R&D side of things!

Lol - Many of my projecs started as a 'what-if' or bit of fun and ended with weeks of works to get it over the finished product hurdle.
