WB and I will be going out for pizza and a movie, so won't be back in till later. Hope there's parking left - at least I shouldn't have to worry about dings being surrounded by OCD Z owners :lol:
 
Is anyone bringing portable BBQs or the like ? Was thinking of doing so to try and avoid paying £16 for two burgers again, but I can't figure to how to keep any perishables fresh for 24hrs, as a cool bag is going to be useless after 8hrs :?
 
Personally we will bring our picnic in a cool box which will probrably weigh a ton as it will have as many ice blocks as food lol but it worked for as many hours at G/w FOS. I won't get caught by the highway men on the food outlets .!! :thumbsup:
 
Yeah, I'd do that too... But we are travelling up to the Holiday Inn on Friday afternoon so by the morning the ice blocks will be melted... Before in the current temperatures :(

Hi Mat, looks like we will be meeting up at Silverstone, as we are helping Snoops with the Zed Lounge Chuck Wagon, making the tea!! :thumbsup:

We had a great response last year with the tea and cakes, it started small, but snowballed with everyone bringing a chair and a mug and stopping to have a chat. 8)

Mike has had his manifold welded, but after 200 miles in France the engine light came on again, which was really annoying, so no better off!!! :x Unfortunately you won't get to see the Z4 though, as we have booked in Mora, our Z3. :roll:

Will be good to meet up, plus we are also staying at the Holiday Inn, Northampton :D

I think i will pick up a disposable BBQ a load of burgers buns and soft drinks Friday evening. As long as i have time and the car is clean.

How fun and exciting :) see you all soon.
 
Last chance, as everybody got a Z4 window sticker or tax disc holder, this is so the stewards can identify and keeps us all together

Taz is talking about his round Z4 window sticker - the stewards will use it to park us all in the same area for the forum, not just with other BMWs
 
BMWCCGB have just posted on Facebook that the parade lap will now be open to all BMW's with the correct car club tickets (not just Z's and M's).

I can get a disposable BBQ too, and bring some ketchup, mustard, onions & stuff :thumbsup:
