I’m after some opinions as I’m pretty clueless when it comes to this sort of thing.
All the previous cars I’ve owned have been run & run & run to the extent that when stuff was needed doing as it required to pass the MOT I just paid for it & considered it part of the expense of owning the car. Or it’s been a company car & it’s all taken care of by fleet services as part of the agreement

I keep seeing you guys mentioning the BMW warranty & I googled it.
So I’ve been quoted £719.00 per year for comprehensive warranty but I don’t know what that really means if I’m honest.
If anyone can succinctly explain I’d appreciate it or is it really on a case by case basis so for example if my roof motor breaks that’s always covered or it’s only covered if …
BDub has recommended to me to visit our local BMW garage for MOT & Service so if I’m going to use them rather than an independent does that influence the need for the warranty? Or does it make it redundant?
