BMW/VW Dealerships

I am currently sat in a VW dealership waiting for my Golf to be serviced

This is such a scruffy place compared to the BMW dealership, it looks like it needs a bloody good clean from top to bottom :tumbleweed:

That's odd. The one I used to use was at least as shiny as the BMW dealer I use.

The ford dealer near my office though, well that looks like they bought an industrial unit, drove in a few cars, threw in a few desks and hoped the customers would come. It's bloody awful. That said, their service department is superb and I always go back to them.

maybe its just down to age, this VW dealership is much older than the BMW i use, even so it looks like it needs a good hoovering

My local VW and BMW dealership are both ridiculously clean....

The VW dealership has a glass wall where you can see into the workshop, and even that is stupidly clean (I distrust that... would rather the workshop was suitably grimey!)

Customer feedback form!

My mrs as a Volvo C30, we when go to the main dealers for a service etc it's always a big let down. Scruffy place, scruffy staff and service costs inline with German big boys!!

When I go to BMW, greeted by smart, attractive staff and given my choice of compliments refreshments. They even offer to clean my car, and this when I just pop in for a look round.

Huge difference in service levels but not so much in terms of cost!
