Make sure you address/post it to both BMWGB and the Dealer Principal - that way you can include the fact that you've tried and failed to sort it out with the dealer directly already.
good point i will do that, i have just sent the dealer a letter and requested a responce within 7 days so my next course of action will be a letter to bmw uk and i will copy the dealer into it if i dont get the action i have requested.
Make sure u send it in recorded delivery, send a copy to the CEO of the dealer, ur salesperson who u dealt with and then then BMW GB. U should get a response. Its improtant u send it recorded and keep a proof of it. Good luck mate. hope it gets sorted.
