BMW scanner v1.4.0 - How to reset transport mode?

I think I'm in transport mode. I disconnected the battery for a few minutes and when I put it back together the dash lights don't work, a/c is out, soft top doesn't work etc. I have the bmw scanner v1.4.0, and it runs, but I get two errors when starting it up. IKE and another error. Not sure if that matters, but when I clear the codes the option to "set unit mode" is grayed out. I can't reprogram it and set it to normal....

I tried to soldering pins 1 and 2 on the scanner board suggested on another forum and that didn't do anything...

Anybody know what's happening here?

That’s not transport mode I’m afraid. I can’t recall exactly but it’s a fault in one of the modules, GM5 maybe?
