Any experienced users of the BMW Scanner 1.4 out there?
Recently booted the scanner back up, as once one little thing pops up I always feel the need to go over the car with a fine tooth comb.
Diagnostics are all working fine but I don’t seem to have any live data coming through. The live data button is greyed out, and I can’t say that it’s ever been working as I’ve only used the scanner for fault finding.
Incidentally the ‘Car Ident’ only shows VIN and Odometer readings but no other details about the car.
I really would like to see if the o2 sensors are functioning correctly (due to a fault code 2f17) and I’m sure this scanner can access that data.
Any ideas?
Re-installed drivers numerous times (windows 10). It’s like the data just isn’t coming through from the car itself. It’s a 16 pin adapter (P Soft).
