BMW Scanner/ other coding in B'ham area?

Anyone in the midlands/birmingham area with BMW scanner? i want to program a couple of things, auto locking when moving off, 3 flash indicators, full ring brake lights etc
beer tokens available :D
 
Your car is a pre-facelift so you cannot do 3 flash indicators, you can do the auto lock when moving off and im not sure about the full ring brake lights.

Auto lock is in SSSv32 software, you can also add indicator flash on arm / disarm alarm, set memory to individual keys etc.

Thanks for the heads up on the triple flash. i did buy a cable and software from ebay but its a nightmare to set up, probably not helped by the old xp laptop im trying to use.
 
Xp laptop is the best to use, newer windows software doesn't like it.

Remember when you install software set SSS and dis in VMware to recommended

Im using fresh install xp and following instructions to the letter but just seem to run into problems, I'm no computer noob but may end up giving up on this one, neither software wanted to open in vmware, syntax error or something.

i HAVEN'T USED bmw SCANNER 1.4 BUT IT CAN BE DONE IN SSSv32 or NCSexpert.
 
Isn't it only the demo that is free and that does not allow any changes to be made :( unless I'm doing something wrong

I managed to get SSS working and have set DRL, visual lock and unlock, auto lock when moving off.
I couldn't find seatbelt warning chime and few other things but this is the first time using it so can it do more or am I expecting too much. I mainly saw a lot of features in BMW scanner but this was the closest software I could get.

Do you have BMW scanner? Or just a lot more experience with SSS?
 
seat belt chime is in SSS retro section but you need to install changes.iso to get it to work

SSS/Progman Override the 13 volts issue install changes.iso
