This looks interesting. If you purchase a car or put your car in for servicing or repair you should now be given a special code that allows you to rate your experience on the dealers website. Apparently the reviews stay "live" for 90 days after. Questionable as to why they can't leave them online for longer but this should be interesting...

I wonder if the codes can be tracked back to individuals, so that good reviews get good service and bad reviews gets water in the fuel :?
 
Hopefully this will lead to them being more accountable for quality of service. Can only be a good thing really, especially considering some of the things you hear and how some of us have been treated!
