Bluetooth connection for E85

Hi all, so I got my first BMW Z4 3.0l E85 a couple of days ago and I'm extremely happy with it. But now I want to upgrade the car to have a bluetooth connection so anyone with a smartphone can just connect up and stream music over the hifi.

I have a Denison ice link at the moment, and the wire comes out into the glove box with a 30pin (old wide) iPod/iPhone connection. I'm wondering what the easiest way to install bluetooth is? There are a few options floating around in my head, but there could be other options I'm just not aware of.

I could (in order of what I'd like to do)
1. Find a bluetooth receiver with a 30pin connection so I can just plug it straight in and go
2. Find a bluetooth receiver that would take the place of the 30pin connection (to take the connector or wire off completely and replace with a bluetooth device)
3. Replace the entire Denison unit with something else.

Number 3 would be the most hassle, so I'd prefer to do 1 or 2 first. I don't want a Parrot sitting on the dash, if I'm going to install a bluetooth device I want to keep it in the glove box. But what are my options? Please includes links/prices if you can.

Many thanks,
Jason

I have this in the glove box, always on, connected to the standard AUX jack:

My phone connects automatically to it via bluetooth when I get in the car, then I just switch to AUX from the head-unit.

I've recently connected a Grom Bluetooth unit which plugs into the existing CD Multichanger connection behind the seats (accessed from the boot). I then fed the microphone cable into the cabin under the centre console. Music played via Aux channel on radio. If you don't have a Multi Changer fitted it's a pretty straight forward way of getting Bluetooth as cables already there. Easy to install if I can do it!

Thanks for the feedback guys. Great ideas.

I decided to go the CD Multichanger route as my Denison unit was already plugged in via the 6-disc CD changer. I bought one of these: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Wirelessly-Compatible-Accessories-Smartphones-Manufactures-black/dp/B00V0D4O44
which plugs directly into the 30pin apple cable that sits in my glovebox. It turns on with the car and my phone connects to it via bluetooth and automatically plays. Brilliant stuff! Although I can't get phone calls via this method, only music and podcast audio, it's still a ton better than what I had.

Thanks! :)
