No brake fade, and awesome stopping power, (can be neck breaking if you try) I don't want to go back to standard brakes again.....!!

They looked a hundred times better then the high-polished chrome or aluminum ones, for my personal tastes, and I'd really like to replicate that same hand-polished look.
What grit sandpaper did you use for each step?

I would just remove it completely as the fittings mate up perfectly without the CDV which shows that it was never meant to be there in the first place!
