First thing would be lowering it and get some nice strut braces from a certain forum member :)

But also: CDV delete (keep postponing it out of fear to break something, lol), repair the deahlights (they get foggy inside) and tint the hockeys (too white for me), mount tow eyes as I might track it once in a while, imrpove the stopping power, sway bars front and rear, tint the rear window (again: too white), paint the engine cover red, nicer oil filler cap, DIY project for hardwiring a GPS in the OEM flip cover housing...

More wish list: heated M-seats or heated race-buckets with same leather cover, better speakers (OEM ones are poo), M-front bumper, neon lights under the car (kidding!)...

oh the money that will be spent... :roll:
But for now it may take a while as all my savings are going to my home refurbishment.

Interesting... What is the idea your thinking of exactly? How is your DIY aero bumper coming along btw?
 
Might be able to help you out with the stopping power. I am looking into a cheaper big brake kit with another member. It could be just a bracket to mount some brembo 4 pot callipers to your standard discs. Or what I want to do a bracket to mount the callipers but with bigger discs as well. The callipers come from another car.

As for the seats I am looking into it. I have a Sapir set sat in my garage once I have other things done i will start working on them. Basically making the supports on our seats bigger and inserting panels into the seat cover to make them fit. I am working with the mother in law on this one!! She knows her way around a sewing machine. So far it all seems possible.

As for the bumper it's working out ok. I have an update with some pics on my post about my car if you haven't seen them yet.

We should try and organise an international meet!!
 
Hi buddy just been looking through your thread. I think if i can do a deal on the rear aero bumper witch i am working on. I am going to do it i think it will match up with my DIY effort quite well.

Now do i spray it silver or black carbon or to be different Anthracite gray to match the wheels when i do them again?????
 
Difficult to say... What color is the diffusor part anyway? If it is already black, you could mount it and see what it looks like. I'm thinking it would look great in the colour of your car or carbon wrap. Was thinking of the latter myself, but the effect wouldn't be very visible on my black Zed...
 
Just saw you turning up at the Kinepolis today, later on saw your car again, parked upstairs at the decathlon :-) Exhaust sounds nice.
 
You parked just behind us, we took the E91 and E36c yesterday :-) Did you source the aero front bumper yet? Btw, which movie did you go to? We went to the great Gatsby
 
No, haven't sourced the bumper yet, want to get it lowered first. But right now, all my money is going to my home renovation... :-)

We went to see "Furious 6"... what else? lol

Had to have an MOT today and was slightly worried over the non-legal exhaust... But the Black Pearl passed the MOT without a single remark, green lights all the way... That's how you do it! :thumbsup:
 
And still a few mods to do...

I'm also thinking of an additional project: making a cafe racer from an old BMW motorbike, looking for a cheap bike at the moment :-)
Will probably be doing the same style and colors as the Zed to match up :-)
 
There are still a couple of things I want to do, but it's indeed becoming a bit expensive, so need to save up :-)
I surely want to lower it, after that, I think I'll leave her as is and start working on another project :-)
 
Looking great Bad and great news about the MOT when you slam the zed don't forget to get the arches rolled.
