Just another point but I've been in car parks where someone parks like that and then others park next to them within a foot or so creating a domino effect. Only takes a few cars, they leave and you could be left looking like the so called 'inconsiderate' tool when actually you were just trying to park when space was limited.
I came home the other night to find a fiat 500 parked in the most awkward position so much so that if I had needed to get out I couldn't because they had basically just abandoned their car with it slightly overhanging my car so I wouldn't be able to get out without having to hit it. In a space that usual fits a GTR and the Z4 perfectly with room to spare I was like wtf. I was actually tempted to lift it and move it into the correct position. And people wonder why people park defensively as there is always at least one tool who gives not a flying whatsnot about their car or anyone else's for that matter.
