Auto Express photoshoot plea

The custard gag offends me, I'm no coward :)
Maybe you can help me decide on my graphics Maniac.
I've narrowed it down to.....

Giraffe animal print or,
Bubbles like a giant Spongebob or,
Holes like a big cheese or,
Black stripes like BumbleBee.

Maybe set up a site vote for me :trampoline: :trampoline:

edit: in fact someone needs to photoshop a yellow e89 with giraffe skin... deffo!

Argue about colours... am thinking about opening some betting on (a) whether it will be a forum car (b) who will be the chosen one...

Note to Editor: Comedy Mr Whippy aerial obviously been removed since these photos..... Only ones I had available at the moment. Could not possibly have readers sniggering at the ridiculously long aerial - that should be a rule for whoever's car is used!

Well I think I can supply some of the answers so hopefully all the bets have been placed!

Yes it is a forum car, LuxGood's silver example has been chosen, so sorry to all the other owners who offered and I've had to let down. I am very grateful for all your interest in this plea, usually I get one or two questions and no car!

I'm not sure when the guide will be out as we need to arrange the photoshoot date first and then it will be scheduled, but once I know I will let you know.

Again many thanks for all your interest, it's great to see.

Had a mail today to say that they thought silver was the best colour by far........haha nah not really! :oops:
The photographer is gonna call me to give more details of whats gonna happen and arrange a date.

Update -
I've got my session booked for Tuesday next week now. Having spoken to the photographer he is saying that the car stays in the light grey studio on a turntable which can be rotated to get the required shot, and will take about 3 hours!! He did say that the mag will only use a couple of pics with the right up, so I can't understand why three hours is needed!! The other thing is that I was told that I would get all the pictures worth £350, but he has told me that I will get the pics on a disk/memory stick to do with as I want, so now I will have to pay for the pics to be printed.
The other thing that's been playing on my mind is, what if Auto Express slate the car (don't know why they should, but everyone has an opinion) and there's a pic of 'my' car underneath!! :x

Is there anything else that I should be asking that I've missed??

Thoughts please?? :thumbsup:
 
Look forward to seeing the pics Steve, just make sure they don't drop the camera on the bonnet :?

Best colour they could have chosen, just a shame it doesn't have mudflaps and red interior :poke:
