Under steering fashion statement. Nothing much wrong with them apart from that.

The one to own is the Quattro Sport 240 with pole position seats, however becoming fairly collectable. Another lovely car which I owned and regretted selling! Similar to the the Mk 1 BMW Z4 - the first edition ones are the best looking ones :D before the styling gets to fussy!

I personally never owned one...friends and family had 4 ranging from the basic two wheel drive petrol and diesel models to the 2.6v6 Quattro..

It’s a VW/Audi parts bin exercise on a body shell which IMHO is ageing well..

The roadster is a bit cramped and if you are over 5ft 8” you feel like Big Ears driving Noddy’s car..if that translates..

DSG box will barf at some stage..early petrol engines had piston ‘ valve issues..

The coupe has quite a bit of space..a bit like an E86..

Quite chuckable, Quattro gives the usual surefooted feel but all feels a bit dull..for a daily a Quattro diesel would be good but I guess they are racking up the miles now ?
