Can dent guys get rid of dinks on Z4 bonnets. Though there was an issue with thm being aluminium.
Hopefully the bodyshop/coachworks I've got planned for my respray will make a good job of this too - and it will probably add very little to the price.

It was actually recommended by a friend with a GTR33, which happens to be mostly aluminium (except for the aftermarket titanium & carbon bits he's fitted).

Are you going to go with some sort of clear wrap at from end to protect it when u get your front end tidy up?

Ps I'm sure it's just a bit of bad luck and at least it can be sorted

Was always planning a respray, but kept putting it off because as soon as it's done you start getting more chips.

I had front end (30% bonnet, bumper, wings) clear wrap fitted just after I bought it, but a year later it was looking tired, despite 3M saying it would be fine with normal cleaning products for up to 5 years. I guess it didn't like the bug & tar remover or something, and I could never get it as shiny as the paintwork.

However, I Ieft it on until I had the scrape with the lorry (a few years back) and the 3rd party insurer wouldn't pay to have film refitted (£500 or so) as I'd not declared it as a modification :headbang:
