I like them, hope it all works out for you, they are shockingly expensive new from BMW.

Are there any reports of these cracking, IIRC they are cast and the spokes look slender although I know the cracks are at the other sided the wheel usually?

I've seen one or two posts online about cracks on 313's. Could be they're just as much trouble as the 296's but I'm hoping they're not. Given Stark's had issues with the 326 it seems there are no clear winners and going non RFT is the best way to avoid the stresses on 19" plus wheels. Still not sure if I'll keep the 296's for winter use or whether to sell those on. I really do like my 296's, they've been a pain, but they look stunning in the (occasional) sunlight.

BALLS!!!! ive been looking for ages for some 326/313

Not been on the forum for a couple days else i would been all over these.....FFS  :headbang:

Have you just gone ahead seeing as you have paperwork now? Or do you still want me to pop by. I'm working from home today, so can.

Maniac, I actually prefer the 313's over the 326's so exceptionally well done, I would seriously think about going non RFT for these wheels, thinking from a warranty issue if you do get a crack. Then again if you do with non RFT's fitted they will definitely not accept responsibility.........hmmmm

The P Zero RFT's I have on now are just a few thousand miles on the rear and a few hundred on the front so they'll have to go on the 313's, no option really as I'm not wasting the £1100 those tyres cost me to get little back as part worms to pay out again for non RFT's. Just have to try and baby them as much as possible.. which I do now with the 296 tbh.

Also where did you get your DVDInMotion done maniac? Was it coded or done via another means?

I used the DVDInMotion website, they send you a file you burn to CD, pop it in the car.. et voila. There are probably all sorts of legalities and morals etc but I wanted it, so I had it

The other half can watch some crappy DVD now while I get on with enjoying a drive out... Cool thing is, the DVD can play on one half of the screen, while I have my half display NAV or whatever...

I have it too, but because it is not an angled screen or one like Range Over where it is only viewable from one side, you can still get stopped and pulled over.....but then again I have the morals of Abu Hamsa, so what do I know???!!!

Yeah I've seen the angled screens before, good idea. I understand the risks... life is risk... and like all the other risks, I'll have a little plan for it, or just deal with it at the time.

Wheels/tyres have arrived at the office... all shrink wrapped up presently, so once I get them home courtesy of a colleagues car later, I'll get them opened up for some pics and a little cleaning...
