Anyone know how to get out of transport mode?

Battery went flat a while ago and caused all kind of faults, loads of them! I've managed to clear all of them except being stuck in transport mode which effects things like the heater and heated rear window etc.

Can I fix this manually or do I need to go to BMW?

Also think I need a new battery as it seems to go flat every time it's not used for a couple of days.

No problem, I can totally delete, rather than just deactivate transport mode, that way it can never return!

Can also test the battery and see if that is the issue, or find a cure a parasitic drain if that's the problem.

Not sure Steve. my Launch gives me activate, deactivate, current status and delete options for transport mode. Have deleted it on mine, it goes through about six or seven units when deleting.

I remember the option in DIS but I can't get that to work on my tablet, have seen it mentioned in NCS so can only assume that is in multiple modules and that setting inactive doesn't delete. Roll on getting ISTA-P working.

Mike's on his way to sort my dodgy key problem out, I'll mention it to him when he gets here.

I managed to delete transport mode in the end, I had to use SSS. It takes a while going through all the modules.
