anyone in manchester area able to do some welding for me?

Held it together with a jubilre clip instead of getting it welded....solid as a rock..
The mess around it is metal putty I decided to try lol

I trust the jubilee clip more then welding the hanger back together, no difference between welding and using the clip, does the same job
