Anyone else worried about Lewis?

That mechanic is such a moron. You always see him making a general tit of himself when the cameras are on him. I think he believes he'll be one for the next 'celebrity' big brother. Can't stand him.

Lewis is a massive prick, I'm not worried about him in the slightest.

I think a long losing streak would bring the self important little pr*ck back down to earth with a well deserved bump.

Someone's jealous

I suspect even Lewis knows there is something not right at Mercedes but just about managed not to come out and say it at the post race interview. I would be surprised if he stays next year despite contracts and all that. Would love to see him swap with Vettel so Mercedes could get what they want, German car with german drivers.

Lewis Hamilton is the best ever British racing driver..............when he wins again this year everyone will kiss arse again like they was all over him 2 years ago....lol

There's no doubt about his driving ability, best British racing driver ever,I don't think so.
He is very unprofessional and childish to boot,I like to see Mercedes give him his marching orders.

I hope Verstappen dose welll its good to see young drivers coming through. Lewis hamilton is by far the best British driver i can remember his record speaks for itself but still you will get haters.

Awful start by him today. You could see the wet patch on his starting line and the commentators even mentioned it beforehand. It was clearly a problem, only made worse by such a terrible start.

I honestly think last week was the end of any title chance for Lewis. Something like that does a lot of psychological damage to you.

Looking forward to 2017 with a new look to the cars.

Oh well, that's that

I'm happy in the knowledge Lewis would be world champion but for the engine failure at Malaysia, so it was taken out of his hands.

He done very well today and I had no problem with the 'backing up'. If Nico was that bothered, why didnt he overtake Lewis?

Nevertheless, Well done Nico on your first world championship

Lewis was totally in control of the race, has won more races (Nobody has ever won ten Grand Prix and not been world champion) and he would be world champion but for "technical problems" Rosberg won't be so lucky again thats for sure!

Agree with most of what you said, but you could also say his poor starts and failure to turn up at Baku and Singapore cost him the title as much as the engine failure!

And I say that as a dedicated Lewis fan BTW.

Credit to Nico for keeping pushing after 2014 and 2015 not going his way - I'm genuinely pleased for him, even if I would have preferred Lewis to have won.

Looking forward to next year - will Mercedes still be as dominant?

Has the potential to be interesting - louder and faster has to be better!

Fair comment, though it was all pretty much evened out until the Malaysia engine failure for Lewis, whilst he was cruising up front, so that is what I believe cost Lewis the title.

I was appalled at the pressure the Mercedes team were putting on Lewis to ensure a one two finish. They had won the constructor's and the driver's - they shou.d have just left Lewis and Nico to sort it out. However, Lewis screwed it up - he should have more aggressively backed them up much earlier, but then he wasn't getting a lot of help from his team!

Finding it difficult to be pleased for Nico - he's too much of a cold fish for my liking,

In the the end I thought that that Channel 4 commentary made it sound rather more exciting than it really was.

Lewis couldn't have done that before he'd made his last pit stop otherwise the team could've just delayed him in the pits to undo any gain Lewis might've made.

The whole season has been engineered to gift Rosberg the WDC and it stinks. Lewis knows how the entire Mercedes operation has worked against him.

Did anyone else notice that when Rosberg did his donut on the track, he just left the car there rather than return to Parc Ferme for scrutineering?

The rules state:
"At the end of the race, when the cars have passed the chequered flag, they must be driven straight to the post-race parc ferme without delay or assistance from marshals. The only exception is for the winning driver who may perform an act of celebration before reaching parc ferme, providing he does it safely and without calling into question the legality of his car..

Rosberg jumped over the perimeter wall to his team and did NOT drive his car to Parc Ferme. Rule is rules....

I think you may need to review pr*ck size - massive or little?

Don't sit on the fence, you just get impaled by the posts - in a place where the sun doesn't shine!

Can't disagree after yesterdays 'slowgate' episode, he's a great talent but lets himself down sometimes. P45 inbound?

I have no doubt whatsoever that all of the drivers on that track in the same position to Lewis would have done the same !!!
