Anyone else worried about Lewis?

I'm not his biggest fan, but that was weak. You should of said he was probably thinking about what stupid advert or hair cut he's going to do/get next

I was referring to the press conference he did a few weeks ago when the little tw@t spent the entire time pi$$ing about on his two phones instead of doing what he's paid to do. :P

Pole :D

Rosberg unlucky with that suspension failure, but still couldn't get near Lewis on a damp track. Also said "Negative" when asked whether he wanted slicks on. Clearly not a racer.

Can someone start a thread called anyone else worried about Nico? what an idiot! Should've taken 2nd, rather than crash into Lewis and lose points.

Nico's under investigation aswell  this is fantastic.

Not got skyf1 so was listening on bbc five live, lasts laps sounded exciting with Alan mcnish.

Would need to see highlights but sounded like rosberg slipped up, also shows that Hamilton still wants it.

Little cnut tried to take Hamilton out again !

Suspect he'll lose his points from the race !

Didn't even try to turn in. That's not "closing the door", it's just a total loss of sense under pressure. Particularly bad since Lewis left space on the inside.

Anyways. Good drives by Button, Raikkonen and Wehrlein.

Nico, realy can't handle pressure can he poor lad. Some how talked his way out of a proper penalty. Meaning less 10 seconds from the stewards. Hopefully Mercedes will sack him once Lewis wins the Title again. :D

Nico Erik Rosberg (born 27 June 1985) is a German Formula One driver for Mercedes Formula One team
Sack him you must be joking and germany are still part of EU and I won't even mention the **** thing

Stupid, stupid move from Nico. Hamilton had him and he knew it.

I'm really really starting to dislike Nico and have little or no respect for him, stupid move after he lost the place.....surely it was better to finish 2nd than risk it all.

Great drive by Jenson, so good to see a genuine smile on his face, driver of the weekend for me, perhaps Wehrlein too

Rosberg shouldn't have got any points for this race as his car should have stopped. This would have been a more suitable punishment for what was a clearly dangerous manoeuvre almost taking Hamilton out. :x

Have to agree with recent posts.

Lewis was slightly ahead but sensibly left plenty of room, yet Nico didn't seem to even try to turn into the corner until the impact! Can't see Mercedes being too pleased with that somehow, but we'll see! The Stewards' penalty was inconsequential, but maybe they are letting the team sort it out!

Mind you if Nico had done that to anyone other than Lewis (thinking Vettel, Raikkonen, Ricciardo, etc.) he would have got a way more significant penalty!

Great drive again by Max Verstappen - strange how Max seems better than Jos ever was, but Nico doesn't ever seem to be as good as Keke was! Maybe the highest level of talent skips a generation sometimes!

Also really pleased for Jenson - happiest we have seen him for a long time!

Great GP weekend - qualifying was really exciting with the changeable weather, and the resulting "mixed-up" grid made the race better than most this season.

Could really understand Vettel's reaction - 27 laps on those tyres which Pirelli reckoned were safe for 30! OK, they may be designed to grain/blister/"drop off", etc. but within OEM estimated operating windows we really shouldn't be seeing catastrophic failures.

Myconcern is that yet again Toto Woolf and Lauder were swift not to blame Nico but blamed the fact that he was on the limit with his brakes. If he was on the limit he should have taken more care and accepted second but he didn't. Even when Sky showed him the footage from inside Nico's car proving that he did not even try to take the corner until he had forced Lewis off the track he still defended Nico saying it was his brakes. I suppose it was also his brakes that didn't leave room for Lewis to rejoin the track also.

Rosberg's statement that he 'could'nt understand why Hamilton turned in when he did' says it all, I'm no Hamilton fan but he did nothing at all wrong, gave Rosberg plenty of room on the inside and only turned in when he had to to make the corner, any later and he would have gone off. Instead of bleating bullshit Rosberg ought to have held his hands up and apologised for running into Hamilton if it was a simple mistake or if his brakes we're fading, makes no difference what the reason was, he ran into his team mate which could have ended his race too, people would respect him a lot more if he did'nt talk crap. He's getting desperate, he can see another title slipping through his fingers, it's like grabbing water, I'm with Sars, It's getting boring hearing his lame excuses.

Here's a prediction if someone doesn't do something about that knobend.

WHEN he hurts someone (kills or puts into hospital) F1 WILL be sued and that will be the end of F1.

Not a chance F1 will end.... Did it stop when Jules Bianchi died? Motorsport is dangerous and the drivers accept the risks once they leave the Pit.

Nico's an idiot and listening to him trying to justify that move is hilarious. I imagine he'll be getting a smacked bottom behind closed doors.

I'm just glad theres only 11 points between both drivers now. No doubt Lewis' car will develop a problem next race though...

If cnuto tossberg forces Hamilton off the road and into the crowd at Silverstone F1 will end !

Rosberg is a lunatic and completely out of control because he's never been properly punished for any of his tricks in the past. That's the second time in the space of a few weeks that Rosberg has tried to kill Lewis. What would have happened if the front of Rosberg's car had slid up the side of Lewis' as he was turning?

As I've said before Rosberg is great at the front in open air putting in metronomic quick laps, but stick him midfield or under pressure and he just folds. We see it time and time again. He's a quick driver while Hamilton's a racer.

The saddest thing will be if Toto under corporate pressure to get 1:2 finishes every weekend decides to implement team orders that mean drivers holding station after a certain point of the race. We've seen it before and it kills the whole thing.

That could be the other way of the end of F1 being nigh
