Any way we can filter the "New Posts" search..

Is there a way we can add a filter for the What's New search to only include the sections/sub-forums we're interested in?

Not that I know of... certainly not without a major hack. The problem with hacks is they break when we upgrade.

If there was a consensus on the forum that certain forums should be excluded that is possible from the back-end. I had considered excluding the lounge and the light side, but I suspect I would put some peoples nose out of joint if I did that.

Just checked and it is the "active topics" list that you can exclude it from, not the "new posts" list.
