That floor is well within spec to be fair. I’ve seen far worse than that though.

Easy to create a level when you have packers underneath the (£5 from Screwfix) level positioned at your convenience.
Filling and sanding floors in a house to repair damage to the T&G is, again, totally unacceptable IMO. The filler will crack and then damage the floor covering.
The ONLY reason they won't change the flooring is because it is too much work (and cost) with modern 8x4 boards of T&G chipboard. Still no excuse for cowboy repairs.

At first I thought those photos were from Peter (B21). I would fully expect him to have an Atacama Yellow spirit level
