Android on dash screen?

Has anybody got one of the android screens that sit on the dash? Seem to be able to get them on amazon for around £50 - £100, seems like a bargain considering you are getting a 10" touchscreen for sat nav, front facing dash cam, reversing camera and mic for phone calls along with all other android apps.

Growing up was always told to never leave anything on display in a car, even loose change. Feels wrong having a screen just sat on the dash thats not oem, especially in a soft top, have times changed?

Does anybody have any pics of them fitted?
 
Several installs have been done and are for sale on Aliexpress and ebay (and other places). Do a search on the forums and you should find some installs that have been accomplished.

Installed my CarpodGo T3 yesterday. After buying a spare air vent I could drill into, I designed a little adapter for the magnet that fits perfectly in/on the vent. Long screw from inside the vent to the magnet base holds everything in place. Power is supplied via a piggyback fuse which powers the unit on and off when ignition is turned on or off. The cable is routed internally and comes out the vent (drilled a small hole in the side of the vent to allow it to pass through, while still allowing the vents to close fully if needed).

Since I had a nice vent mounted wireless magnetic charger...
