For most people a car is a tool for transport and they judge a car by how efficiently it handles their needs. For every one here (behind the wheel of a Z3, Z4 , or a few lucky 8s... we judge a car by different standards. We are more concerned with how it looks, how it sounds, how it corners and brakes...and most importantly how we feel when driving it.
We can only offer subjective suggestions. Which may be the best help to a guy who's heart is broken by a car.![]()
So get out there and find another Z. When the sun is out and top is down and your rolling through the curves left right left right... you will have a big grin on your face.![]()

The roads here are not great. They are as bumpy as hell. There are very few long sweeping curves to soak up all that power. Look, Norfolk roads are just plain bad. As for asking the Mrs......are you talking snoring?

the next couple or 3 years. I have a cunning plan and see my IFA next week. With an e85 I could kick the proverbial out of it and almost write that money off. When I first started looking at my Z4 journey this is where I began. I can't go into details but my circumstances changed and I then found myself in the position of, hey, I can have that one. Top of the range. Look at me ma top of the world!! 10 Stevo points if you know what film that is from. And no cheating.
No. I remember we did watch the film together. It was when he fiitted the central heating and he was on top of the roof putting in the flue liner. Yep, he was on the roof holding on to the chimney shouting 'Look at me ma top of the world!!' ha ha he was fearless my dad. He was a lot of other things as well but no one is perfect.Stevo1987 said:It was. I think I watched it with my dad when I was kid he kept saying it the rest of the week.
Yes, maybe.scootr said:Something to be said for affordable toys
My 3.0 is a race car (to me) that corners like a cat with a dog on her tail.
