Roadster S Lux #115 is going to be auctioned on 25th July in the Silverstone Classic sale

Alpina Blue with black leather, 5 owners but only 28,600 miles on the clock

Looks like the auctioneers think they're appreciating as the guide price is 16-18k... which is nice 8)

2-seater convertibles are often second or third cars in the UK and used for fun - a lot of people seem to keep them for a couple of years and then change them for something different, so 5 owners on an 11-year old car isn't too unusual. The most important thing is condition and service history

Looks good in the few pictures available, I'd like to have seen more including some of the interior

That said, it might be worth a personal inspection and, if there's not a lot of interest at the auction, it could turn out to be a bit of a bargain

Ask markeg, I believe his is on over 100k and it still looks pretty good

I think it just means that it's the auctioneers estimate of the price it will fetch - chances are that it has a reserve on it that's around Sytner's buy-in price, be a bit silly of it didn't

Unfortunately not, it's difficult to commit to things too far in advance because of work commitments
