Yes. I know your word is good and I also followed the advice you gave me a while back as we have conversed many times prior to being on here.@Cv6benplus - I understand the pricing, having spent a lot of time working with airbag modules.
I’m sure a lot of people would be worried about the risk of buying a secondhand module.
Therefore, as many people know that I’ve done quite a few of these, would you consider offering some kind of refund policy if the buyer got me to code it. If I found it was a dud would you trust my word on that?
I think it’s fairly simple tbh. If the buyer gets me or ‘the other trusted person’ to code it for them then you agree to refund a percentage of the cost that you feel appropriate, taking our word for it.Yes. We can do a refund policy (can you help me with specific or appropriate wording please?) provided it's only you (and maybe one other who we both know) that does the coding.
Also, happy to deliver it to site by arrangement. If you can get there, so can I. Again, by arrangement and conversation.
Need to scan it to ascertain which module is at fault. Of course it might be something else or nothing at all.I’m interested in this having driven around with airbag light for two months on an 03. What are the next steps?
That’s a big list of faults and may be related to a duff battery at some point. I would get someone friendly with a code reader to clear the codes and see what comes back. These are the codes I got from the workshop.

The garage cleared the codes, I think. Airbag light went off but came back after about 4 weeks. I had an MOT due the week the light came on so I went back to the garage and they managed to reset/clear it. Two weeks after MOT the light came on and has remained on since. That was in October last year. That’s a big list of faults and may be related to a duff battery at some point. Id consider yourself very fortunate. You by sheer fluke bought yourself some time to get it resolved. If you can get pics of your modules we can get a list of suitable compatible replacements to keep an eye out for.The garage cleared the codes, I think.
