Airbag fault light. 65776933985 Sensor, B-pillar left

I have been searching for it all over the world for last 2 weeks and found another one in US for £320 :/ waiting for them to respond if they still have it in stock if the cheaper one is no good or if someone else on the forum is on the hunt for it

Tbh honest I like the car so much that I want to restore it as much as possible and keep it for as long as I can

Btw if this helps anyone- I’ve locked my keys in the boot last night.

Wedged the window and tried to open the driver door by pulling the handle with the hook- that did not work

Tried to press the boot opening button next to the hood lever- that did not work

Today I have tried taking the bumper and vent off and managed to get the keys out by reaching for it with long hook made of the coat hanger- this worked 100%

Car locksmith wanted £200 for non destructive car opening

It looks like if you lock the car by the key fob button you can’t open it by pulling the door handle or pressing that button even if u can reach it from outside. Confirmed today from the inside by sitting in the driver’s sit and locking it with the fob button.

Tomorrow will confirm if you can open the boot if the car is lock mechanically by the key itself

It is getting to the point where it's easier to find a zed to break that has the module you need, then sell the other bits to recoup your costs!

They sell them on eBay fairly cheaply. It's a timer device which switches off the airbag engine light after a set number of seconds. No experience myself but if you are having a problem might be worth a try, if mot is approaching
