Car is booked in for its MOT tomorrow, so Sunday decided to go for a spin and within a mile, noticed the dreaded air bag warning light on, so turned around and came home.
Thinking this is the story of my life as the warning light is an MOT failure, spoke with the garage on Monday and the very knowledgeable receptionist asked whether the car had been used much recently, I said it hadn't and she thought a low battery could have brought the light up.
Charged for a few hours and yesterday took it out and all seems OK.
Not sure how or why a low (ish) battery could cause this? Enough power in the battery to start OK. Possible?
