Well given the standard you're working too it sounds like they guys did the proper job this time to the standard I expected and have ALWAYS experienced. I'll find out one day what went wrong 1st time, but glad you let them fix it, depsite the hassle it causes.

Still stuff happens - I've just spent 2 hours at the exhaust shop and they have decided that the hangers/rubber mounts on my quad are not up to the standard they want as one has dropped slightly. They plan to buy a full set of ///M rubber and re-mount FOC to me. Will cost them £100 mounts from BMW alone and hours of labour. Not bad 3 years after they did the job without me even asking as I just went there to buy a new mount bush :)

not bad at all... like ive said before my mom owns one of the largest private healthcare companies in the uk, .... ive learned ALOT from her.... when it comes to business we all make mistakes.... its how you make it right, AND martin made it right in a professional manner, never lost his temper and always remained professional.... The way he dealt with me has gently persuaded me that i WILL try him again.... he deserves that imo.....

on aother note i put a desposit on a lovely f10 535d today with cinamon interior!!! wahooooo..... fully loaded with pretty much ALL the options, this replaces our company e60 535d that was stolen on an aa truck... i can see me leaving my cls at work ALOT more....

just a quick question, has anybody here ordered a single side skirt from Jamie @ Soper? if so, please call him he wants to talk to you.

Thought I'd leave this as a warning...

I sold a few items on eBay recently and had some funds sitting in my Paypal account begging to be used on something from the ever increasing list of proposed mods....

Anyway, I opted for aero skirts and looked around for a company who would take Paypal, so that I wouldn't lose a percentage switching the money to my bank account. I ordered a pair from MStyle. Yeah, I know, I know - serves me right for not checking the forum posts first :(

You can probably guess the rest. No reply from them until today. "The price has changed. You need to send another £138 if you want them!" Told them to stick it. No reply. Now I guess I have to battle for a refund... :headbang:

Worst of all, in the meantime, a forum member had a pair for sale at a similar price... and they've now gone too. Given that I have now discovered that the same happened months ago to another forum member, the price advertised on their website has obviously been wrong for all of that time. I've a good mind to report them to trading standards...

Call them and tell them about the forum experiences of the past (ie evidence of continued misconduct) and tell them that if they don't honour the price you'll be taking it up with Trading Standards. You never know, it might make them budge.

Otherwise Paypal nearly always sides with the buyer, so raise a dispute.

Thanks Stuart. I've just been out for a pint with a mate of mine who's a solicitor and he's advised me to do the same - obviously good advice

I think m-style are just trying to rip people off now ,i think more than a few of us have told them to update there prices on there web site , just makes you wonder how many off there other products are under priced, and for that reason along i would never purchase any thing from them again.....

If you advertise a product online - or in a shop - at a certain price, you are then obliged to sell it for that price. There have been various well-documented occasions where retailers such as Tesco have incorrectly advertised items online at ridiculous prices... and they had to fulfil the contract. Bottom line - Mstyle should be honouring their advertised price. As many have said, this has happened on previous occasions too. Because of this, I'm thinking that I will push this, even if that means taking them to small claims court. At the moment, I haven't had a refund either and they've had my money for a week or so...

I should have known better as I had a run in with them before when buying stuff for my 5er, but had since bought other items successfully, so gave them the benefit if the doubt.

Check there small print it has a get out clause , something to do with on line prices etc , so you will not succeed , I'll read them thirst

Yeah I saw that. Apparently, that clause is unenforceable...

On a further development, just had an email from Paypal saying that my money has been refunded... nothing from Mstyle themselves, though. Superb customer service :x
