Well given the standard you're working too it sounds like they guys did the proper job this time to the standard I expected and have ALWAYS experienced. I'll find out one day what went wrong 1st time, but glad you let them fix it, depsite the hassle it causes.
Still stuff happens - I've just spent 2 hours at the exhaust shop and they have decided that the hangers/rubber mounts on my quad are not up to the standard they want as one has dropped slightly. They plan to buy a full set of ///M rubber and re-mount FOC to me. Will cost them £100 mounts from BMW alone and hours of labour. Not bad 3 years after they did the job without me even asking as I just went there to buy a new mount bush![]()

Otherwise Paypal nearly always sides with the buyer, so raise a dispute.
