Hi,
I had my driver seat refurbished a few months ago, and this involved a re-spray whilst the seat was in-situ.
Though the co. covered up most areas, they left the black piano trim around the gear knob uncovered, which resulted in some very fine overspray going onto this black trim.
No problem , I thought, it will come off with a gentle wipe but this didn't work.
So, used make-up removing wipes, but this didn't work neither.
Next step, tried Meguirs APC but still no joy.
Yesterday tried the other halfs nail polish remover but this didn't work.
I'm a little unsure whether to now try white spirit or paint remover, as I'm worried about the gloss finish. Any suggestions anyone?....
